Pink from edge to edge, the juice stays in the meat. The point at which most cuts of beef should stop.
Thawing and cooking
Thaw overnight in the fridge, in the vacuum bag and on a plate. Not in the microwave and not in hot water — both draw juice out of the meat.
Take it out of the fridge 45 minutes before grilling, pat it dry, and salt it only just before it goes on.
Every parcel contains a card for each cut: core temperature, grilling time, resting time. Two sentences per step.
Shipping, cold chain and returns
Order by noon, dispatch the same day, delivery the next working day. We do not ship on Fridays, so no parcel sits in a depot over the weekend. You choose the delivery day at checkout.

There is no right of withdrawal for perishable goods (§ 312g (2) no. 2 German Civil Code). If anything arrives less than perfect, a photo is enough: we send a replacement or refund you, decided within 24 hours. You never have to send anything back.
